GOLF NEWS- OCTOBER 2010

 

October will be an active month for golf events. We hope that each of you will plan to participate in the upcoming events.

Ladies Member-Guest: Thursday, October 14^th. Starting time is 9:00am. Course is closed for other play until 2pm.

 

20^th Anniversary Wingding: 1 pm Start on Sunday, October 17^th . The format is Captains Choice and you may sign up in the Golf Shop. The entry fee is $10.00 plus applicable cart fees. There will be a dining opportunity after golf beginning at approximately 5:30pm. Please call the Grill for reservations .

 

 

One Day Member-Guest: Friday, October 22^nd. Tee time is 1pm. The format is one gross and one net ball of the foursome counting two balls. The group may consist of one member and three guests, two members and two guests, or three members and one guest. There will be a buffet lunch beginning at 11:30am. Dinner will be served at approximately 5:45pm. If you wish to have additional people for dinner, please notify the Grill Staff. The price per person for this event is $75.00 which includes the participants lunch, dinner, golf, range fees, and prizes.

 

Super Supper Club: Sunday, October 24^th. 1pm Start. Entry fee is $10.00 per player plus applicable cart fees. Dinner will begin at approximately 5:30pm. Please call the Grill for reservations. The menu for dinner will be steak, baked potato, and tossed salad.

 

Club Championship: Saturday and Sunday, October 30 and 31. Late am tee times each day. Open to Men, Women, and Seniors(age 60 and above). The format is Individual Stroke Play. Play will be preflighted by handicaps and there will be a gross and net award in each flight.

 

Cross Creek Pro-Amateur: Friday, November 12^th. 12 pm Start. The course will closed to participants only. The entry fee is $100.00 per player. Please sign up by Friday, October 29^th so that we may secure the correct number of Golf Professionals. Sponsorship of this event is $450.00 for a two person team. The Sponsor Drawing Party will be Thursday, November 11^th at 7:00pm. The entry fee includes cart fee, range fee, lunch, dinner, tee gift, and prizes.
