Director of Grounds - Tom Grundy
Tom Grundy Grounds DirectorTom Grundy has been with Cross Creek Plantation since July of 2004.  Tom is originally from Louisville, Kentucky.  Through his hard work and tenacity, the golf course and grounds of Cross Creek Plantation have never looked better.  Tom is a Class A member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, both the Georgia and South Carolina Golf Course Superintendents Association, and on the Board of Advisors for the turf program at North Georgia Technical College in Clarkesville, GA.  Tom and his wife Christie have three beautiful daughters and are new grandparents of their first granddaughter.

News from the Pro Shop - March 2008
With Spring just around the corner, we are preparing the golf course for the upcoming season with normal maintenance procedures. Core aeration and the process of dry ject will temporarily disrupt the putting surfaces for a short time. This process begins on Monday, February 25th. We look forward to exceptional putting surfaces by early April.Read more...
August Grounds Update

The weather in July has been good to us. The return of some rain and cooler temperatures has been very beneficial for the turf. At this time we are verticutting the fairways and around the greens. This process consists of using vertical cutting blades set approximately ¼” into the top of the turf.
